New Policies and Reminders
All new client appointments scheduled for specialty service- color, perm, foil, balayage or keratin must be reserved with a credit card. Cancellation in less than 24 hours or a no show maybe subject to a $50 charge. Our priority is 100% client satisfaction with your hair service. We guarantee our hair services and always want you happy with the results. Should you feel dissatisfied once you leave the salon, please let us know with in one week. We will gladly schedule you back to correct the concern as refunds will not be given. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. We understand things come up and life is unpredictable, however, cancelation in less than 24 hours or a no show will be subject to our cancellation fee of $35. In the event that you arrive 15 minutes or later for the appointment, please be aware that we would not be able to perform the service unless the stylist schedule is free. All service prices are subject to additional charges as long, thicker hair uses more product and takes more time to apply. Toners or conditioning treatments can be added to the service once you consult with your stylist and you both come up with a plan to attain the desired look.
